Bahan:

kg cumi cuci bersih jangan sampai kantong

tintanya pecah

1/2 butir jeruk nipis

2 cangkir air

3 sdm saus tiram

2 sdm kecap ikan

1 sdm kecap manis/sesuai selera

kaldu jamur bubuk sesuai selera

merica sesuai selera

sejumput gula pasir

garam sesuai selera

Minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu:

8 butir bawang merah rajang

4 butir bawang putih rajang

1 sdt lengkuas halus

1 ruas jahe cincang halus

6 lembar daun jeruk rajang halus

2 batang daun bawang rajang

2 batang sereh memarkan

3 lembar daun salam

10 buah cabe merah keriting rajang serong

Cabe rawit utuh sesuai selera (boleh rajang

jika ingin lebih pedas)

Cara Membuat:

1. Rendam cumi dengan air hingga tintanya

keluar, beri perasan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan

sesaat.

2. Tumis semua bumbu hingga wangi dan

matang lalu beri saus tiram, kecap ikan,

kecap manis aduk-aduk rata.

3. Tuang air rendaman cumi dan masak

hingga mendidih. Jika suka kuah agak

mengental bisa masak hingga kuah

menyusut sesuai selera.

4. Masukkan cumi aduk rata beri merica,

kaldu jamur bubuk, gula dan garam (skip

garam jika sudah asin). Masak selama 3

menit angkat dan sajikan.
